Boondi laddoo easy recipe| motichoor laddoo recipe






Ingredients :

For Boondi:
* Chickpeas Split(चना दाल)-1/2cup
* Oil/Ghee(घी/तेल) - for frying
* Cardamom powder(इलायची पाउडर)
* Ghee(घी) - 1-1.5 tbsp
* Pistachio(पिस्ता)

For Sugar Syrup:
* Sugar (चीनी) - 1/2 cup+2 tbsp
* Water (पानी) - 1/2 Cup
* Red food colour (रंग) - 1 Pinch


Method:

For Syrup:

* Sugar and Water mix it & add food Color in it & make sticky Sugar Syrup. Now let the Chaasni cool down.


For Laddoo:

 * Soak the Chickpeas split(Chana Dal) for 4-5 hours.

* Grind the Chickpeas Split in the mixer and take out in a bowl, 

* put a pan on the gas, put ghee in it, and make the Papdi/Tikki of chana dal, and fry it on low flame. 

* When it becomes slightly brown, take it out on a plate.

* Take a mixer jar coarsely grind the Chana Dal papdi.Take it out on a plate and crush Cardamom in it. 

*Put the Boondi into the Sugar Syrup and mix it well and cover it, then add Ghee and mix it.

*Now make the laddoo and garnishing it with some Pistachio.

Boondi Ladoo is ready to serve.
