Veg noodles







Veg noodles || veg chowmien || Easy recipe of veg noodles 


INGREDIENT 
 
275 grams noodles
2.5 cups cabbage shredded
275 grams noodles
1/2 cup carrots julienned
1/2 cup capsicum julienned
1 cup onion thinly sliced
5-6 garlic cloves finely chopped
1-2 green chilies thinly sliced, optional
3 tbsp soya sauce
2 tbsp green chili sauce adjust as per taste
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tbsp white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
Salt as per taste
2 tbsp cooking oil keep one additional spoon of oil to coat the noodles after rinsing


METHOD

Boil the noodles as per instructions given on the packet. Rinse with cold water, apply some oil to avoid sticking and keep aside.
In a bowl mix all the sauces, vinegar, pepper, and salt. Keep aside
Heat oil in a large wok or pan. Add garlic, saute for a few seconds till they become fragrant.
Add the sliced onion and stir fry till it becomes translucent and then add all the remaining vegetables. Stir fry for around 2-3 minutes or till vegetables are cooked but crunchy.
Add the sauce mixture, mix and stir fry for a few seconds before adding the noodles. Stir fry for another 2 minutes, tossing continuously till everything gets mixed nicely.
Garnish with the green part of spring onions (optional) and serve hot.
