Pinwheel samosa || potato wheels samosa || aaloo bhakarwadi



INGREDIENT 
 
4 medium Boiled Potatoes.
2-3 tbsp Cooked Green Peas.(optional)
1 Cup Kneaded All Purpose Flour Dough.
2-3 tbsp All Purpose Flour.
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Chilli Paste.
1 tsp Mustard Seeds/Rai Dana.
1 tsp Amchur Powder.
¼ tsp Turmeric Powder.
¼ tsp Red Chilli Powder.
Salt as per taste.
1 tbsp Oil.
Oil for Frying Samosas.




How to Make Pinwheel Samosa:

First of all heat 1 tbsp oil in a kadai then put mustard seeds in hot oil and wait till starts slathering.
● Now add in ginger garlic chilli paste and saute for little time.
● Now lower the heat and add in turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder, boiled potatoes and green peas.
●Now turn the heat off and add in amchur powder and mix all the spices and ingredients well, keep the stuffing aside to cool.
●Make small sizes of balls from kneaded dough then roll out them like a puri then take one puri and put some stuffing at centre and make tight roll of it, make all the pinwheel samosas similarly. 
●Now cut all the pinwheels in about 1-2 inch long pieces then make nice round shape pinwheels samosa.● Now apply little water to all the pinwheels the sprinkle all purpose flour on them and keep aside for 2-3 minutes so flour can be stick nicely.
●Now heat oil in a kadai for frying, when oil gets heated put samosa in and fry both sides till become nice golden brown then take out in a serving plate.
 ●Serve hot with chutney or tomato ketchup.
