Chilli Bread 

Ingredients

  • 6 - sandwich bread slices
  • 1 - onion, sliced
  • 1 - capsicum, sliced
  • 1 - carrot, sliced
  • 2 - green chillies
  • 1 tsp - garlic, grated
  • 1 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 2 tbsp - tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp - red chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp - soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp - vinegar
  • 1 tbsp - honey
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp - vegetable oil

How to Make Chilli Bread

  • ● Cut the bread into square pieces and slightly toast them in a non-stick pan or grill.
  • ● Heat oil in a non-stick wok or pan, add garlic. Saute for a minute.
  • ● Add onions, stir and add carrots and green chillies. Saute for a minute.
  • ● Now add red chilli sauce, soy sauce, red chilli powder, salt and mix well. Add in the capsicum, stir and add vinegar over the top.
  • ● Add bread cubes, mix gently so that the masala get mixed with bread cubes.
  • ●  Now add honey and Cook for a minute and serve hot. Enjoy!
