Chilli Bread
Ingredients
- 6 - sandwich bread slices
- 1 - onion, sliced
- 1 - capsicum, sliced
- 1 - carrot, sliced
- 2 - green chillies
- 1 tsp - garlic, grated
- 1 tsp - red chilli powder
- 2 tbsp - tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp - red chilli sauce
- 1 tbsp - soy sauce
- 1 tbsp - vinegar
- 1 tbsp - honey
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp - vegetable oil
How to Make Chilli Bread
- ● Cut the bread into square pieces and slightly toast them in a non-stick pan or grill.
- ● Heat oil in a non-stick wok or pan, add garlic. Saute for a minute.
- ● Add onions, stir and add carrots and green chillies. Saute for a minute.
- ● Now add red chilli sauce, soy sauce, red chilli powder, salt and mix well. Add in the capsicum, stir and add vinegar over the top.
- ● Add bread cubes, mix gently so that the masala get mixed with bread cubes.
- ● Now add honey and Cook for a minute and serve hot. Enjoy!
